Absolutely! Once you become a valued member and we launch your website, it’s yours for the keeping! If at some point you decide to cancel, we will package everything up for you to take with you.

Please keep in mind that you will lose access to any maintenance, support, regularly scheduled updates and security scans. In some cases, 3rd party plugins may also need to be re-licensed at an additional cost.

No! Hosting is included at no extra charge. Attorney Site Solutions is a hosted service. We take care of the technical up-keep, so you can focus on running your business!

Absolutely! We make it very easy to connect your own domain name (example, MyLawFirm.com). We’re here to make the setup process quick and easy. We can either do this for you, or instruct you through each step.

You will be charged the one-time setup fee (which includes your first month) immediately when you sign up.

The monthly fee will automatically begin the following month. This will be charged even if your website is still in development as we have to provision the space on our network and activate all applicable themes, plugins & liscenses. Your prompt participation is essential in getting your new website launched as timely as possible.

There are absolutely no contracts, commitments or hidden fees. You are free to cancel your account at any time if you are unhappy with our service.

We take website security very seriously. We take a number of steps to keep our network secure so that your website is always up and running.

1. We maintain regular backups of all of our sites and customer related data. We keep these backups on both our own network for immediate recovery, as well as off-site with another provider in the event of a disaster. This allows up to stay online without losing any data no matter what the situation.

2. Our servers have a dedicated firewall in place. All traffic going to one of our sites must go through this firewall which allows us to very quickly spot and block any offending or questionable traffic if (and when…) we need to.

3. Since we are a fully managed service, none of our customers have access to the files that run their website. This prevents anyone from uploading anything harmful or vulnerable on our network.  Any such requests must go through our support team and is vigorously tested and vetted by our staff to ensure that nothing would compromise our system.

4. All of our websites come standard with 256-BIT SLL Encryption to ensure that all sensitive data that is submitted through your site is always private and protected.

If you already have a website then you can elect that we use all of the existing content and images. If you’d like to add new information or start from scratch, we have a number of helpful forms that you can fill out and submit directly through our website. Once all of that is complete all we need to do is connect your domain name and you are ready to go!

Once your website is complete, you can request unlimited revisions to any of the existing pages. This includes text, images, documents, etc. This does not include the overall layout and/or design of a page or your website. You can also request any new attorney bios and/or practice area pages as your firm grows!

If you wish to request changes to your layout and design then you are welcome to do so at an additional cost. One of our support members will quote you a price and we can simply add it to your next monthly billing.

All support requests must be made directly through our support system and will be completed within 3 business days.

No, email is not included in any of our plans. We do offer hosted exchange email with premium spam filtering at an additional cost. In most cases our customers already have an established email service when joining Attorney Site Solutions.
